Nader Tavakoli, MD

Caring and compassionate family medicine physician in practice for more than 25 years. A leading area family practitioner focused on all aspects of family medicine from oral contraception to medical management of headaches to malnutrition and depression in elderly patients. Has penned publications and delivered a variety of presentations on key family practice topics including palliative medicine and hospice care, estrogen replacement therapy, osteoporosis, Lyme disease, hypertension and peripheral vascular disease.

Tiffany Mapp, DO

With a special interest in the care and well being of mothers-to be, Dr. Mapp addresses women's health issues. She obtained her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic medicine, did a residency in Family Medicine with a focus on Women's Health at Clarion Hospital in Pennsylvania and completed an obstetrical Fellowship at Lincoln-Cornell Medical Center in Bronx, New York. Additional areas of interest include diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy. She enjoys an active lifestyle including traveling, sky diving and white water rafting.

Evangeline Obi, MD

Nearly 10 years experience practicing in family medicine caring for patients of all genders from newborns to geriatrics. Specializes in preventative medicine, diabetes management, weight loss and tobacco cessation. Promotes optimal health and disease prevention. Compassionate provider dedicated to treating the whole person. Advocates for patients in complex healthcare systems. Takes great pride in establishing one-on-one relationships with patients. Devoted to providing every patient with the most comprehensive and personalized care. 

Dr. Adebowale Prest

Dr. Adebowale Prest is a graduate of the University of Maryland, School of Medicine.  She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Pinnacle Health in Harrisburg, PA. Her areas of interest include pediatrics, rural and underserved medical provider access and health service to the LGBTQIA community.  Dr. Prest is an advocate for healthy alternative lifestyles.  She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and serves on the Board of the Maryland Academy of Family Medicine.
